the initial scenario is really good but i think u need to add in thing like russian revloution and russian civil war and mayb make the serbs a bit stronger as they resisted austrian invations and mayby limit the tech tree a bit its kinda wierd have nukes in 1920 baked by jet fighters lol

Good stuff :), just do a few changes like sheepsjoger said (Serbs stronger, ect) and it would be perfect ;).
