Sápmi

This mod adds the nation of Sapmi. Sapmi is the name of the cultural region traditionally inhabited by the Sami people, the Lapps or Laplanders, as they are traditionally known in English. Sapmi is located in Northern Europe and includes the northern parts of Fennoscandia. The region stretches over four countries: Norway, Sweden, Finland, and Russia. Sapmi is the name in North Sami, while the Julev Sami name is Sabme and the South Sami name is Saemie. In Norwegian and Swedish the term Sameland is often used. This mod only adds Sapmi, and is mostly for people who are interested in the sami people or are a sami. The nation itself is strong and have a decent military and economy, i had to increase the population and add more resources + cities, enjoy! I also added more of the north-western russian minorities to the game because they are related to the sami people

There was a unicode character in the scenario name that the website was having trouble with. We fixed it and things should work now.

I was thinking about adding the Kven nationality, but idk. anyone want that? and does anyone have any suggestions for the mod, because i was thinking about adding more minorities.

Had to delete the oldo ne and start over again, used TGQ as mod template. Made the flags better.
