Saved Game Fix

1.0.15 caused an issue with some saved games that was causing them to load on an incorrect turn. That and a few other bugs should be resolved with this update to the launcher.
When you launch your game, you should be prompted to update the MHII launcher, but not the game content. We're not calling this one 1.0.16 because it's not touching the game itself, just the launcher.

My liberation screen is screwy. It has minorities that already have been liberated, and doesn;t liberate new ones, when I click liberate nothing happens.
Adil3tr have you treid restarting your computer because i had the same problem and then that fixed it also do u hav spyware because i ran that on mine befor restarting and found 1 infection that could hav been the reason

Is it correct for France to have Italian and German nationalities but the same territories are also French Nationality. I found this in the nationalities screen when I wanted to liberate land.
@Scorpion26651 - Many regions in the game are claimed at some level by multiple nations, and the data reflects this.
@Scorpion Check this for example: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Treaty_of_Versailles and look what lands were given away to other countries in it. They still talk German in parts of Belgium and France.

The announced multiplayer service date is August 20.
