"The Great War" release now scheduled for 2013

As is already probably clear to everyone, we are not releasing "The Great War" in 2012. We are making great progress on it, but we are determined to only release when we feel the game is ready to go. We aren't there yet. We will have more details about the upcoming beta as soon as possible. In the meantime, we will continue to add improvements to MHII.

As I understand why this was postponed, do you guys have any idea when in 2013? Early, mid, late 2013 etc. Also, will it be available on Steam to pre-order any time soon?

This is great news! I am glad that Muzzy Lane will be taking some extra time to work on the game, so they can deliver a nice polished product when the release date does come 'round.

I agree.. They want to present to us a very good game. I appreciate their efforts.. I think the game will worth to waiting... Thanks Muzzy Lane.

Like others have said i would much rather prefer the game to be pushed back and polished, then rushed out and incomplete. I trust Muzzy Lane to release the great war when its good and ready.
