9/2/09 GHQ Update

  • Added HQ Stats to Homepage
  • Added number formation
  • Forum threads deleted if last post deleted, scenario forum thread are not deleted in this case.
  • Changed Asset Type from 'Classic Scenario' to 'MH1 Scenario'
  • Adding User state to Forum posts/comment (ie: Site Admin and Banned)
  • Fixed Site Timestamps to be EST
  • Fixed Scenario Icon Upload error, removed trailing spaces from scenario name
