its great but many countries dont have flags you shoud add flags

Some bugs: Primorsk has Russian and ARABIAN culture. Spain should also have Hispanic culture for no penalty in Meso-America and Cuba, White Russian culture doesn't exist: it's the litterally translation of Byelorussian. Kola and Jedisan should have Russian culture.
