I'm actually suprised that nobody has posted anything about this awesome Flight Simulator!

I only have the demo for the regular IL-2 Sturmovik, but I've seen some awesome videos of IL2-1946 on Youtube.

The game looks amazingly accurate.

Here's a screenshot:

Japanese Dive Bomver

Note that you can fire either the cannons only, the machineguns only, or them both at the same time, you can also drop bombs as a side, and you can use the gunner's seat if you want too!

It is an awesome flight sim -it was mentioned on the old forum: LINK

It is widely acknowledged as the most realistic WW2 sim ever.

TehBoss, you mean you do not own IL2 1946? You've been wasting money on food and beer when you could have bought this? Come to your senses.

if i had the game i would use the 262. at the end of the war the Germans were getting 4-1 kills with the thing, and for the Luftwaffe that's a big deal.
