Thats pretty amazing. So, basically, its just alot of basic stuff put together, and thats what makes it look confusing?

Yup, pretty much.

The bad part is that sometimes it can have horrific results. And, well, other times it doesn't.

If you can take a request can you add a mission where you fly the Enola Gay to Hiroshima. that'll be great. also if you need more inspiration look up Pearl Harbor Zero Hour. It's very close to the kinda game you wan't to make. Also if you need more beta testers i'll gladly voulnteer.
