they have but there are free tools you can use to change your IP, in order to get Maky completely off the internet, we would have to do what Boss suggested: stomping on Maky's freakin modem until it explodes. (okay so I added the last part)

Without revealing too much about how we track and identify abusive posters, I can say we have repeatedly banned any new IP he uses. While we can't stop him from returning, we can continue to delete each persona he creates and all of his posts. Sorry for anyone who gets caught in the "deletion crossfire". This one went on longer than most as I have been concentrating on playing MHII.
It seems to me he would eventually recognize the futility of continuing to post knowing anything he says or any thread he creates will be deleted, but so far that hasn't been the case. The bizarre thing is that if he just lurked he would probably remain unnoticed, but each time he does the same thing over and over: multiple posts with little content value and the signature poor grammar and spelling. Ah well. His choice.

Dude his alt said he could speak German. So on hamachi last night, I asked him to speak german. This is a portion of what he wrote :P
"Ich spreche German..." he also said something about me being an idiot and that he wasnt Makarov. But, lol, damn I'm lucky I can understand some German.
I also caught him in a lie about where he lived. I told him it was monday in Germany yesterday (time is a stange thing). He said, "what?" so i told him that it was like 12:00AM in Munich, remember that Berlin and Munich are in the same time zones. He says "i live in berlin". Later last night I asked him what time it was in "Berlin". He said 7:04AM. So I said, "Wow, it just so happens to be 7:04AM in Munich!". Which meant he lied before.
In our Hamachi discussion, I told him that he never uses capital letters. After I said that, he just so happens to use capital letters :P read this "i ONly uSe capiTal LetterS SometimEs".
And guess what he did when I told him that he was a liar and that I had figured him out. He signs off of Hamachi, :P.
