No, this is not a copy of my last thread. This is something everyone can get involved in.
For those who don't know, achievements are an aknowledgement of completing a certain task. For example, in the Left 4 Dead, there is a list on the menu of various goals to accomplish. If you accomplish one of these goals, it becomes highlighted on the achievement list. Just something to note what you've done.
Now, if MHII were to have achievements, what would some of them be? Be creative! You can post more than once, and you can post as many as you want.
Examples:
New World Order! - Conquer the world
Partners in Industry - Occupy 20 advanced cities
Armageddon - Nuke a city
Blitzkrieg! - Conquer a nation consisting of at least 15 territories in 6 weeks or less
Tora! Tora! Tora! - Occupy Hawaii as Japan

Marxist Revolution - Conquer the world as the USSR and/or make every nation on the globe Communist as the USSR.
Operation Downfall - Conquer the Japanese Home Islands as the U.S. and/or U.K.
Reign of the Reich - Conquer the world as Germany.
Maginot Line - As France, stop the Germans from ever reaching Paris (Il de France).
Second Roman Empire - Conquer Greece, Albania, Yugoslavia, Egypt, Libya, and Malta as Italy.
Greater East Asia - Conquer China, Mongolia, French Indochina, the Philippines, Siam, the Netherlands, Burma and India as Japan.

Should Have Gotten A Patent - Capture an enemy research lab and aquire a new technology.

Ultimatum -- Demand territory from another nation.
Einstein -- Finish all reasearch.
Manhattan Project -- Research and Build an atomic bomb.
Fall Weiss -- Defeat Poland as Germany.
Fall Gelb -- Successfully conquer the Low Countries and France as Germany.
Fall Barbarossa -- Successfully conquer Western Russia as Germany.
Overlord -- Successfully liberate France from German occupation.
Holding Your Promises -- Do not annex Czechoslovakia after the Munich Agreement.
Mercury -- Sieze Crete as Germany using an all-airborne army.
Rheinubung -- Destroy the British navy as Germany using Submarines and Cruisers.
back from the future. use the most advanced tier units in the game (main battle tank 2) to defeat the weakest units in the game (NO militia/conscript) bi-plane

You Can Have It - Nuke every city in a nation, then have an ally capture all of that nation's territories.
The Desert Rat - As Germany, push all Allied units out of Africa.
DOA - Use aircraft to destroy a unit that was attempting to leave a territory.
Unrestricted Sub Welfare - Blockade an enemy nation using only submarines, until their treasury runs into a $1,000,000 deficit.

Into The Belly Of The Beast -- As Germany, push all the way through USSR until you reach Siberia!
Get Off The Road! -- Clear a path from Berlin to Manchuria through USSR as Germany.
End Of The Beginning -- Play a full game from 1933-1941.
Beginning Of The End -- Play a full game from 1933-1943

Lucky-Duck! -- Win a battle where your enemy outnumbers you.
Marco! ... Polo! -- Before invading a nation, use bombers to completely destroy their army (Air force and/or navy dont count.).
BARELY SURVIVED - survive a war against a bigger nation.

Free France! - As any Allied nation, take back the French homeland from Gremany and the Vichy French. (Only possible from mid 1940 scenarios on)
Six Weeks - As Germany, take the French mainland in six weeks or less.
Where's Hitler? - As Germany, declare war and defeat Italy and Japan (must conquer all regions)
The mouse that roared - Defeat a nation that has at least 2X more IPUs that you have (your nation must have a minimum of 200 IPUs)
New World Order - As any Axis nation, completely destroy the Allied alliance
We can rebuild - Lose 10 divisions in a battle but still win
Not the Sixth Army! - Lose an entire army in a battle (Army must consist of 15 or more divisions)
Hard enough for you? - Win the game in 1st place while playing on the hardest difficulty
Another day in infamy - Got nuked then won the resulting war (must take all enemy regions)
"Oh the humanity!" - Either your capital or biggest city got nuked
I for one, would absolutely LOVE to see achievements in the game, they could keep it replayable and provide a challenge to players.
