DISCUSSIONS
Okay, this is gonna be another minor nation AAR. Obviously, as Hungary. I'm going to play, and see how far i can get. One of my main goals is to defeat Germany as quick as possible. It may be hard, but when i expand and get more cities, my industry will be able to be a Kraut busting army.

Good luck, but that seems like a nearly impossible task.
I might just be able to pull it off. I will definately need to invade Yugoslavia so that I can get a port to build ships. And bigger industry from Romania and possibly Poland to build a good army.
Ive decided to side with the Germans, and then strike Germany internally once the time is right. I might have to nuke a couple of their cities to halt any major production. But then again, getting nukes will be a long process.
Okay... I've managed to bring half of Europe to it's knees as I allied with Germany.
We're still preparing for any invasion of France. And I'm almost done with nuclear research. Victory is almost within reach. We also have heavy tanks, and jet fighters. I've managed to bring Budapest to 129 IPU's.
It's been a long run so far. It's already 1942! I've planned for an eventual invasion of the British isles. I have a single group of submarines containing over 50 advanced subs.
Once I finish nukes, ill nuke Berlin, and any other industrial centers in germany. I'll use my massive 80 medium bomber air force to pound any remaining advanced cities that cannot be nuked.
I promise to take a screenshot once i conquer America, and Europe.
I've always thought someone should do one on Portugal. Have I missed one?

I managed to do a good couple days of playing. And today. I have something to show you guys...
It is so friggen awesome. Even I don't believe it.
Take my Sweden AAR, and triple it. Thats how good I'm doing.

Okay, i spen mostly from 1933-1940 industrializing my capital. When Germany invaded Czechoslovakia, i decided to ally with them to gain a few more cities. After that, i was able to make my capital city do resarch, i think it was like 80 IPUs or something, but it was the second best in the world (new york being #1).
After the German-Hungarian invasion of Czechoslovakia, France declared war. For the duration of the times, i kept a small army of about 15 conscripts patrolling the Ruhr valley, in case of any French attack into Germany. Later, I had another pawn join our alliance. Italy. With the help of Italy and Germany, I was able to quickly overrun Yugoslavia. I managed to sieze Serbia, Croatia, and Carniola. Italy siezed Dalmatia and Bosnia, and Germany siezed Montenegro.
Soon, i managed to upgrade all my occupied cities to advanced 50 IPU's. I finished Heavy Tanks in 1941, and Advanced Infantry in 1941 aswell. Soon, i began a massive draft. This massive draft got me over 40 Heavy Tanks i think, and then I switched over to Advanced Infantry which got to about 50. After that. I decided to bretray my alliance. Germany did occupy Austria, and Moravia. The German armies in that area threatened Carniola, Magyar, and Slovakia directly. Luckily the Germans failed to hold and garrison Montenegro. I began with the soft underbelly of the German alliance. And invaded Italy as a distraction. I sent about 5 heavy tanks or something which easily conquered Veneto, Trentino, and Istria, effectively cutting off Dalmatia and Bosnia.
My plan was a major success. The Bulk of the German army headed south to confront my army in Italy. With that, I was able to conquer Western German Occupied Czechoslovakia, and began a massive blunge into Berlin to make the finishing kill of Germany. Later, I occupied all of Germany except for East Prussia. I made Germany surrender. I invaded Poland to eventually conquer East Prussia. Britain declared war. And now, with Italy's last hope utterly destroyed by a nation half the size of it's own, Italy was to fight alone. Now, I began a great defence in Veneto and Trentino, excpeting a Franco/Italo attack. But with almost all of the Balkans under Hungarian occupation, there was nothing left to do. If Hungary itself was to be attacked in Yugoslavia, we would surely be destroyed, so I invaded Romania, Albania, Greece, and Bulgaria to be fallback areas.
Once my tank force reached 100 Heavy Tanks, i began the final operation of the war. Operation Centurion, the invasions of Italy, France and Britain. I managed to make Italy surrender very quickly, I sent conscripts to attack French occupied Piedmont. After that, i simpily sent the reamainder of my Yugoslav attack force into Italy, they surrendered in about 4 or 5 weeks. I let Italy keep Libya and Ethiopia-Somalia-Eritrea, Sardinia, and Sicily. I managed to conquer the Italian peninsula, and Deadcanese. The invasion of France took no much longer. Much like my invasion of Germany, it began with a massive diversionary raid apon a soft spot. I attacked Provence. The battle continued for a while, but the operation was, in the long run, a failure. Only a couple units from Alsace Lorraine were sent to help their comrades in the South. I tried to recreate Fall gelb, sending the bulk of my force into Westphalia. I attacked the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. This invasion again, was a distraction to France, i sent about 5 conscripts into Luxembourg, while France tried to invade me from there with a big huge army group, i was able to completely surround france in a move through Belgium that secured Picardy, Normandy, and Brittany. I was able to completely swallow the French army whole. What remained of their army was intercepted while trying to escape to Algeria by a Hungarian bomber force.
Soon. The invasion of Britain was imminent. I made a massive bomber force attack london, soon london fell from 100 IPU's, to 5 IPU's. This was followed by the finishing of an amazing weapon... The almighty and powerfull. I had been working on it since 1938. The Fission Bomb. And by the time the British navy was almost all dead, the very first Hungarian atomic bomber was constructed. I immidiately moved it to Picardy, yeah, moved, not rebased. At the time, there were fragments of the French air force, and the entire british air force doing missions over occupied France, and i didnt want to have my only bomber shot down.
The bombing of London was a success. London was utterly destroyed. It was only another 10 or so weeks before another bomber was complete, and another 20 until another 2 were complete (damn you culture penalty!).
I decided to invade Egypt while I was at it, with Egypt conquered, I could gain a great foothold into Suez, Transjordan, and Saudi Arabia. I later invaded Saudi Arabia for the hell of it.
With the fragments of the British navy stumbling across the Pacific and Atlantic oceans, i decided it was time... Britain was to be invaded from the English Channel, and the North Sea.
In 1942. The Battle for Sussex began. Because Hungary's transport capacity was completely used up for this (I managed to build about 100 from German, Italian and French ports) there would be no chance for any reenforcments. East Anglia was simultaneously invaded as was Sussex. I rebased a bomber in Sussex and destroyed Liverpool. I rejected the British surrender. I plunged into Scotland and Wales. The war was over.
I bartered some central territories on the border of Scotland and England. With my invasion of Turkey, britain declared war again. Their armies were reserves all the way from India (from the names: 6th Indian Army, etc.).
I decided to stop agressing any further. I had Europe by the balls. There was nothing left for me to do really, except for invasions of the Baltic states and/or the USSR, or Spain or something. I decided enough was enough.

Good job man. I agree with Dizzle, but I must admit that I ussually don't make nukes. :)

Thats a good point, but still, I have the best city in the world right back home :).

Nice AAR! It's amazing how you were able to defeat Britain, Germany, Italy and all the other countries as Hungary!
If I could conquer the world what would I do? Oh first my capital would be Constatinople. Then everybody gets tacos and gets Making History shirts :D!
