If there is coming a civil war in the UK, will there be anny chance that Scotland or Wales would emerg? In a revolt or anything?

ralph has said that there is a possibility of a Scottish or Welsh revolt, but that it would be a small probability
He mentioned that Scottish/Welsh ethnicity was compatible with British culture, so the propensity of revolt against the UK would be low

Scotland and Wales both could emerge under the right circumstances -- they are 2 of over 200 possible nations that could show up in the game.

That depends on the situation. When a colony declares independence it does not automatically trigger a war with the mother nation. The mother nation AI would evaluate the case and decide whether or not to fight to regain the colony. If a new nation forms from a nations "owned" territory, like a Scotland from a UK, that would occur via a rebellion and would be considered a state of war.

in the UK, if there is coming a revolt in northern Ireland, will the revolt/Rebellion try to unite the Irish island?

Northern Ireland associates as "British" from a governance perspective so they would not leave the UK purely for unification. However, it could occur as a result of a rebellion where Ireland would likely be the "best choice" for union. They might rather choose to form a separate state of their own.

In planning for my future strategy for MH2 I needed to ask one question regarding the US. Due to it's isolated location it can be a difficult nation to disrupt or conquer in the game. Will there be other nations that can break away from the United States? I'm sure the Confederacy might be included. Would states like California, Texas, or Cascadia be included for revolt?

I forgot to ask this. If your a communist nation and you are able to create a revolt in another country thats lets say is Authoritarian would the new country you just created be Authoritarian like the country it came from or Communist from your own nation?

Right now there are no sub-American nationalities defined in the game. These can be added pretty easily.

If you can choose which ideology group to support in a coup attempt.
