What if Stalin was assassainated in Moscow? What if Japan did a joint attack on the USSR when Germany initiated Operation Barbarosa? What if the German Wermacht stayed together and attacked Stalingrad with full force? What if Germany waited two more years to attack Czech Republic and eventually developed stealth bombers?

Then we wouldn't be having this question. And for that matter we'd all be living in Europe somewhere!

An great man once said "To be, or not to be. That is the question". The other mans reply was simple and reflects our opinion today on that famous saying. "Wait, what? To be or not to be? How do I answ

This is what I think would happen I have read books on WW2 what ifs what seem to agree with parts of what I will say so this isn't completely off the top of my head xD)
Assuming Hitler doesn't go completely bat shit insane and the German army can still do meaningful operations and not ones Hitler decided on when he woke up.
The the Soviets wouldn't have access to the Baku oil fields anymore thus losing 80% of their oil. The Germans would then concentrate capturing these oil fields and solving their oil crisis. Soviet industry is nowhere near capable of producing what it did. So all Soviet industry and vehicles are severely limited (no more zerg rushes). This means Germans have a huge advantage and would be able to dominate the air space and have the armour outnumber the Soviets.
The Germans would probably turn north and attack Moscow from behind and be able to take it.Leningrad would then be a lost cause for the USSR meaning they would abandon it to Germany. The the Germans would probably succeed in creating the AA line.
This then means Operation Overlord and Operation Husky would probably be beaten back with the huge increase of troops in the West (most German troops, armour and aircraft was in the East).
They may even remember about North Africa and send Rommel men and supplies he needed and be able to prevent Operation Torch and finally reach the Suez and into the Middle East or the Germans would go through Baku to Persia and attack the British in Egypt from behind while "liberating" the Middle East.
The bombing campaign by the allies would start failing because all of the Luftwaffe is there to face them. The Germans would start planning a serious Operation Sealion as well.
I tore a path screaming through wind and blood, I will it all, burning deep, in my, skull
Realistic with a touch of awesomness. Thanks Ian.
