Hi guys!
Just wanted to know, how do I add a flag to a nation, and an insignia to be shown on units? Also, how do I give a nation a color?
Thanks in advance for any help.

Ok DIzzle, Go to My computer, Program files, Strategy First (or Muzzylane) Making history, Modern Europe, system, scenerios (Limits of peace for examble) Limits of Peace, scroll down to gamestate, Ok for example, if you wanted to make Austria the color of Albania, Put the colCountrycolor line from Albania where Austria's is, and replace it. That should make it Red. Ok, for the next question. Go to Modern Europe, system, UI, art, 2d, Countries, Ok i will use Austria albania example again. Open Austria's and you see several Truevision or bitmap flags and decals. Go to albania's and take all of them in there and put them in Austria after deleting all of Austria's or (what i recomend) putting them in a save file incase you wanna redo it. Ok for your own country flags. Just make all of the decals and flags you've made the right size. Then, put the old files if redoing flag in a save file, and put new ones in, or if you made a new nation, make the file for let's say "MonkeyLand". Put your flags into the file and save. In game, there should be decals and flags. If it doesn't work then PM me. I hope this helps Mate :).

Hmmm, for some reason nations created in the editor don't appear in the gamestate.
That's correct. You have to copy and paste the lines from an existing country and rename this as your newly created country. Then just change the colour for it.

From the beginning of the object tag to the end of the next object tab, every time you see the nation name, replace it with your own.

What about the name of the scenario it's from?
Edit: Alright, can someone post a string of code for me to paste in? Because I've done what should have worked, but it's starting to piss me off.

I've tried already to post code, but I got the HTML removed bug.
The name of the scenario wont make a difference, just go to the middle of the XML file and copy and paste from /object to /object, replacing the correct names.

@dizzle229 What's with the TGA-Files in the Flag Folder? How can I create them?

You can create .TGA files in Paint.Net and Photoshop (what I use). There are more programs of course, but I'm only aware of the two. Paint.Net is free, but Photoshop will cost you a big chunk of your cash, but it came with my animation tablet for free, so I didn't have to pay.

Can rip out Artweaver and GIMP as alternatives
I tore a path screaming through wind and blood, I will it all, burning deep, in my, skull
And what should be in the TGA files? in the Folder are a lot of them

You can open TGA files with Paint if you have the DXTBmp Editor, when you install it, just open the program and then click "file" and then "open" and find the TGA files.
