Is there a pay of tribute if someone surrenders?

When you conquer a nation you get their stockpiles & money.

yea but say your attacking france with germany. If you capture Paris and they draft a peace treaty and you want money. Can you make them pay 1 million dollars for 10 turns? Also when you conquer a nation do you get their research projects? I mean the USA and USSR did that to Germany when they defeated them.

Money is not currently part of the peace negotiations. We do plan to provide some Research booty when you conquer a nation.
