I would definitely put an actual description instead of "You have to see for Yourself!" I really don't want to waste a download on something I wouldn't like. What is the scenario about?

I'm not sure where the idea comes from regarding the Phillipines being mistreated. The Filipino Scouts was the best trained infantry unit at the being of World War 2 that existed for the United States. The United States started schools and enforced education and the Phillipines was one of the most literal countries in Asia. The Filipino scouts also had some Filipino officers, though admittedly most of their officers were American. Members of the Filipino Scouts were also appointed to West Point. Don't understand what you are trying to do here and why. I'm also of Filipino ancestry.

maybe later on it got better, but the US invasion of the philippines was brutal. around a million Filipinos died during the first decade of the 20th century, most due to disease caused by the forced american movement of population from "insurgent areas" and into what were basically concentration camps. civilians were massacred. Filipino POWs were executed as a general practice, and there were many incidents of innocent men, young and old, being executed en masse in order to suppress the Republican insurgents.

eventually it worked, and the country was beaten into submission. over the next 20+ years, with no insurgency to suppress, the American administration got better, but it was still a military dictatorship, and Filipino republicanism ('independence movements') were outlawed and suppressed, unless they were specifically qualified by the US government.

so no, they weren't treated that well. Philippines was treated as a foreign colony, with the good and the bad (i.e. British conquest of Africa brought good things and very bad things).
