Me too. And I just got myself Impulse. But still, I doubt if I should take the pre-order. In that case I would spend 30 euro's now, and will be able to play the beta. Also, it will keep my game up to date. But, when I do, I do not own a disk, so I am stuck with Impulse to play the game. If I want to play MH2 on my future laptop, I will need to download Impulse again :(
And buying the game (again) after the release to get myself a disk, I will be waisting money in some way. So I think I will just wait, and read on this forum how great the game is from the people who have the beta :S

Yeah, I'm probably going to wait for the disk copy to come out, it just works better for me.

Is it possible to preorder over gamersgate and get the beta too? Because honestly, I like their service a heck of alot better.

We are talking to Gamersgate about getting them into the preorder beta campaign as well.

The Netherlands. Dutch Language would be cool, but certaintly not needed :)
A retailer in belgium or something would be ok, to a certain point. But just something in the Netherlands will be great. A big retailer for europe is very good as well.

Thanks dave, what refining level should we expect from the beta? Would that be a beta testing for bugs or also for tweakings? Can we expect a tutorial for those moving up from MH I? If the manual is beeing written it would be nice to have a beta of that too.
My son plays MHI but has problems with reading complex english sentences. Do you plan foreign editions? Is there a text file I could translate from english and import it back so I can localize to my language (italian)?

During the beta we will be working on game balancing, performance improvements, and of course finding and fixing bugs. We will put out a draft of the manual with the beta, and are building a lot of the help into the game. As far as language, the beta will only be in English. There should be an Italian version once the game is out.
