Hey guys, this is a scenario I've been developing on and off for 2 weeks which I will hopefully finish before the 16th when I leave to the East Coast for a nice long trip. I wrote up a big reply and then I refreshed by mistake so I'll try to hasten this up.

The mod is in 1978 July 5th, 4 years after WWIII. In this war nobody really lost or won, but victories for each sides are apparent across the globe.

I'll probably explain it in more detail later if more people are interested, but here's a picture:
