I would like to see (for those of us that are more into even games or just plain old history buffs) an OPTION that would allow pre-set alliances between the 8 nations. Basically you might not have them "at war" with each other to start the game, however make their countries not able to create alliances with one another.
Example would be; someone that wants a fairly balanced game might choose to have the following teams...
USA + UK + France + China vs. Germany + Italy + Japan + USSR
It is kind of boring when you get a group of uber powerful countries that set about demolishing the world. Not very fun gaming I don't think...it's pretty obvious what the ultimate outcome is going to be when USSR+USA+Germany+UK decide to be an alliance hehe.
