I liked the mod, however there is a few flaws.
Akira is the name of a movie and the city Neo-Toyko is taken from it.
I didn't like the names of the empires, they were to simple and didn't really sound like real empires to me.
I hated how some countries will have terrible ICs and you must start from scratch, while some almost all their cities is 50+ and you can simply built up on Infantries to win.
