I'm interested in not so much playing, but rather using Making History as an alternative history simulator. If any of you have played the game Silent Hunter, you will know I am a modder in the scene there, and my most recent project involves making a dynamic campaign interface for Silent Hunter to Making History Gold. However, in order to do this I need to both run nations in complete AI mode, and also export a report file for germany's turns. Is there any way to do this? I tried running a network game with all AI players, but then I can't get the report file.

Help appreciated, an answer to this issue would really make my day!

I have no idea how to do it (and I'm not sure I understood exactly what you need).

I think he need the information how to make scripts which are telling the AI/KI what they have to do. Like Germany invade Poland, France, Norway etc. everytime you play the campaign...but i think, im still wrong

I am not sure you can do this, as the report function seems to be linked to an actual player run nation. The closest thing you could do is manually take notes while playing a nation that would not participate in WWII, such as Venuzuela. You would also need to turn off the fog of war option, so that you could see what Germany is generally doing each turn.

Alternatively, if you wish to spend the time, you could try running the game with all AI players. Since the game autosaves each turn, when the game ends you load the last save and play as Germany; the game ends in a turn and you can see if you can generate a report that way. Since I have never ran the game with all AI players, I am not sure if you would be able to select Germany that way. If not, then use the scenario I gave above; play as a minor, out of the way nation, then when the game ends load the last save and play as Germany. I don't know if that will work, but it might. You may wish to take notes anyway, as the report may not work.
