Because the name is "Part 1". It wouldn't fit. I'd rather just have it say "The War for Oil" and be the full installer.
By the way, I'll upload it soon, and you guys can stop being tortured.
I've been offline for the past day and a half, and I'm not in such a good mood right now. I just want to play some CIV4.
Well, the mod won't even upload to MegaUpload. Meaning that I'm screwed until I can recude the size of the mod to below 200mb. Right now, it's at about 290mb, and I've been redcing it from 350mb. Compression is out of the question. It will take too long on my shitty computer. Anyways, expect the mod sometime tomorrow.
Also, as a request, can the Admins please allow the archive type ".rar" to be uploaded? .rar archives have much better compression than .zip folders, and it would really help the war for oil, on account of it being so damn huge.

I deleted the installer, and the .rar file.
I managed to delete TONS of useless files, loweing the mod to about 290mb from 350mb. GMail is an idiot, and won't allow the file. Supposedly it's too big.

Have you tried zipping the .rar file? Would that do anything? :P

The file is ove 250mb, and apparently it's too big for the site. The installer was 170mb, and that's too big as well.
I give up.
Now, if you want TWFO, you must download uTorrent. It's free. And doesn't give you viruses. If you get viruses, it's your fault from downloading an infected torrent. The War for Oil will be in .torrent file type, just download that.

Once you finish downloading the .torrent file, in uTorrent, right click the file, and select "Open Containing Folder". You should see a .rar file, if you don't have winRAR, you can find the download link on page 19 of this thread, in one of my posts.
Extract the .rar file to your desktop, and then copy the "The War for Oil" folder, and paste it in your scenario directory, for MH1.
You're good to go, enjoy the mod!
Currently, the mod will be uploading at a small rate, for some reason, my internets are going extremely slow, at about 24kbps, so It's going to take a while to seed this to everyone.
We're going to badly need dedicated seeders after someone finishes the download, so people don't download the file, only to see that there's no seeders.
Would anyone like to volunteer to be a dedicated seeder?
I for one, am going to be seeding for the rest of the week, after that, someone else is going to need to do so. If you don't know how to seed, uTorrent automatically seeds the download when it's finished. If you don't want to seed, right click the file when it's done downloading, and select "Stop". If you want to continue seeding, right click again, and select "Download". It doesn't re-download the file, so don't worry. It will begin uploading to other people who are in the process of downloading.
