Since I've completely run out of ideas for breefing texts, I must require some assistance on making the texts for:
- United Kingdom
- Brazil
- Russia
So, if you'd like to volunteer, dont hesitate to post what you think should be the briefing text for those nations. I hightly reccomend someone from those countries to do those breifing texts, but if you know alot about one of these countries, you are welcomed to type something up :)

Just in case you feel that some of the breifing text in the delta is incorrect for any of the above nations, you are welcome to point out any mistakes I made, you are also welcome to come forward and propose a new briefing text.

Are the areas of oil still the same as the normal game? Or is there other areas like the recent discovery of oil near the Falklands? Is there off shore oil etc.?

There is definately more oil in certain areas than in the original game. However, most of the USA's oil is pretty much producing at rates below 20.
Middle Easern oil has been updated, and oil in Manchuria has been updated. I'll need to add a few more oils before release though.
I'd be happy if you did UK :)
The USA also have a large reserve of oil like they do near the Grand Canyon or something.
You could have a conflict between Argentina and Great Britain for the war near the Falkland Islands which would be cool and fits perfectly for your scenario :P. Does The USA control the oil of Iraq in the game btw?
Some suggestions for you if interested:
If like currently (in the real world of course not the game xD) you had USA troops stationed in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain etc. and instead od USA looking at China's reserves they just took over control of the other middle east oil reserves from their bases. China would also be ideally suited to take Indonesias oil and the rest of Southeast Asia instead of the trek to the middle east. Russia could take Romanias oil and North Sea oil as well which would make the scenario more global. Up to you of course it is your scenario :P. India would be good to add as a major antagonist to aquire oil from the middle east which would also link China to the middle east through India with China also linked to Russia and Russia and China a sea away from America and Russia next to Europe bringing the major countries to war through borders. The Falklands idea would also bring South America into the fray. For Africa the Northern countries like Libya and also including Nigeria they could be joined to the middle east coalition and be renamed OPEC giving an even more realistic feel to the alliances. My thoughts for you :P.
When do you need the briefing for the UK? I can do it for friday night/saturday morning which would be friday afternoon/night for you I think.

Sorry I have 2 make this short as I'm not at home rite now. I'm using my PS3 4 now. The mod will have to be delayed 2 sunday I'm afraid. Events recently came up & I wont have time 2 polish the scenario. Im hoping 4 a saturday morning release. I'll release the Delta ASAP. I PROMISE.

For Russia: You have the biggest resource reserves in the world also the EU can't live without your oil and gas, but your biggest threat is the USA that is searching for oil and is cooperating with Israel to take over the Middle-East. Capitalism failde as you see, it was a bomb that was going to blow up and now it's time to realise that communism is the best economic system ever made so far, so we will reunite our slavic brothers. To protect our people we made an alliance with the former Soviet countries(Belarus, the Baltic, Ukraine and Kazakhstan reunited with Russia), several slavic countries in Europe (Yugoslavia(they reunited to stay strong), Bulgaria, Czechoslovakia( Reunited),Poland) Romania, Mongolia, Greece, Portugal and Spain( were banned from the EU due economic reasonsand China. Now we have the power to resist against the upcoming American and Israeli.

Maybe you could make: Special Forces/ Speznaz(Russia) Stealth Bombers Recruits(when you are in war, recruits will apear on your regions by themself) APC's Stationed anti air-guns(research: will make better defenses in regions) High-speed-trains(research: will make the moving of infatry in regions with min. 3 infrastructure faster) Guirillas(infatry good in jungle- Mujjahid( Pakistan, Afghanistan, Arab infatry good in Mountains and desert) Red army: very big, fast moving and strong army(for communist countries) uses 50MPU's Cyber-Soldier: a cloned soldier merged with computer techs( the research must be very long and not very cheap) - they are fast, strong, but are bad against tanks and air( to make it better you have to research) Unique units for countries: make the reasearch for them 999999999IPU's and 999999999money and 999999999research points and give it only to the counries that use these units in reality( Speznaz, SPAS, SWAT, Red Army, Guirilla, Mujjahid...) You should also add Satelites( In the models I uploaded there are two different satelites, so ask to Odanan) - They are fast-moving, They can go on enemy terretory and the have a large range to see and can also drop nukes or fire laser-gamma. In the EU there are big economic problems and they banned Greece and will ban Spain, Portugal and Italy soon (maybe 201), So the EU should be smaller and maybe make the Slavic nations and nations that were banned from the EU alliance with Russia.

We can improve our relations with the United States and support them in a war against the terrorism. The Middle East is a good target but Russia may declarate an embargo on us. If the russians embargo us, we will lose all our oil supplies because 90% of the european oil is from Russia. We cannot afford to lose our oil supplies. United Kingdom must carefully decide what to do to earn the needed resource: money for oil or blood for oil.

Just to do not sound a patriotic fool, Brazil has indeed lots of natural resources. It's one of the top food and mineral producers and it has promising oil reserves.
But is plagued by a corrupt government in all the chain of command, an uneducated and ignorant people, terrible social politics and no fair distribution of wealthy - which generates criminality.
There is a national joke that says: 'When God made Brazil, he put here the best nature, the best natural resources, no natural disasters at all, but what a people...'

A Russian embargo wouldn't make us lose all our oil supplies :P. There is a fair bit in the North Sea, some promising finds near the Falklands and the fact we don't get hardly any oil from Russia. Mainland Europe gets affected a lot worse then us when Russia gets funny about oil and gas
Currently 97% of oil demand for the UK is met by our own oil and in 2020 it will be 40%. We are the third largest oil producer in Europe when including Russia

For the UK (rough idea):
With the North Sea oil reserves the UK had been in a position not as dire as that of the other major countries when it came to the world's thirst for oil. This was not to be the case forever though. Recently the levels of oil in the North Sea cannot sustain the current needs of the UK and for the first time in it's history the UK will have to get major supplies from other countries. There are only two main options it seems for the UK. The most straightforward is to abandon keeping the EU at arms length and instead to embrace it like the countries of Germany and France and create a union to rival that of any other in the world. With Russia as our neighbour and with their plentiful supply of oil it is hoped good diplomatic relations and money will convince the Russians to meet our needs with war against a re-emerging superpower conjuring up memories of the dark days of the two world wars. The other is to denote the EU in favour of our powerful allies America and embark on a Middle Eastern campaign to make the oil rich countries attend to our need of oil through goodwill or by force. All hope is not lost though. With promising finds in South America the UK may be able to retain a degree of self sufficiency it once enjoyed although this could well be at the expense of war yet again with Argentina.

I no longer need UK done as Ian has provided some help for me there. I also no longer need Russia because I just finished writing their breifing texts. Again, any help for those nations mentioned above will be appriciated greatly, and will help the scenario release faster. And credit will be given when the full scenario is released.

The USA has been increasing homeland defense recently as the Peoples Republic of China, issued a threat to all UN forces in Afghanistan, that if they don't leave Afghanistan, then the "...full power of China will be unleashed apon your nations!" UN troops have recently finished the withdrawal, in attempt to prevent a full scale war, and have left Afghanistan. China invaded Afghanistan on July 22nd, 2011 and staged a coup de-etat and turned them Communist.
In Moscow, the Premier of the Peoples Republic of China, and the President of the Russian Federation have recently signed the Eurasia Union pact. It is said to, in the future, "...rival peace mongering NATO" and become the dominant world alliance. North Korea, Vietnam, Laos, and the new Peoples Republic of Afghanistan have all joined the Union.
ANZUS has been mobilizing it's navy in preperation for a conflict with China, which is said to "...on the horizon." The Russian Federation is mobilizing it's military, and planning invasions of Belarus and Ukraine. 2 states that are virtually all alone. As neither of them have joined the European Union, but the world expects the EU to act out. If the EU fails to react to any invasion of its eastern neigbors, then the UK, France, and Germany, are all threatening to leave the EU and form their own alliance.
Tensions grow high all across the globe. World War 3, is now a bright light at the end of a tunnel, and it is getting ever closer...
Iran: Our military is pushing all young men to the army. Our oil production is good, but USA is not supporting us in our plan for invention of nuclear weapons. If we sucseed to invent our nuclear weapons we will become a more respetive country. Israel will respect is much more because they are near us.
India: We are a big country with huge potential for industry. Our population is second in the world. If we improve our industry, we will become a super power. Now our whorst enemy is Pakistan - an isliamic country with huge army and arms supplice. We must not allow them to conquer or keep Kashmir.
