Hi I just wan't to know if anybody plays command and conquerer. I just want to see what people think of the series. comments are apreciated. Thanks! P.S: I have Generals and Zero Hour :)
If I could conquer the world what would I do? Oh first my capital would be Constatinople. Then everybody gets tacos and gets Making History shirts :D!

Probably my all time favorite computer game series, I've played every C&C game to come out, except for RA3. When it came out, I bought the First Decade which comes with all the games they made prior to the release of C&C3.

they are amazing games my personal favourite is Red Alert Two and the expansion Yuri's revenge I have Red Alert 1 as well and generals and zero hour but I broke disc 1 -_- I went on a demo of Red Alert 3 and didn't like the graphics of it all and it seemed dumbed down for children

For my part my favourites were Generals and Zero Hour. Red Alert 2 were also very good. Played all of them. Also liked C&C Renegade a lot; a new game like that would be cool. :D
Red Alert 3 took a left turn somewhere and got kind of lost in a cartoon somewhere.
C&C 3 was okay enough, but C&C 4... I bought it, despite misgivings, and I barely managed to complete a mission or two. I don't like that one at all. If I'd been a fan of World In Conflict I might have liked it, I don't know - it shares some mechanics - but I am not and I didn't.

They were making a new FPS C&C game called "Tiberium" but after they finished it back in 2009 they didn't like it and decided to scrap the whole thing.
I know of one fps C+C and it looked horrible

Zero Hour has some pretty amazing mods out there on www.moddb.com
Cold War Crisis (CWC) is probably one of the best modifications for any game I've ever seen or played. And that's a hell of a lot of games.
Sadly, my installation got screwed up after installing a mod that overwrote game files, and when you uninstall, bam, all of your original files, or at least more than 60% are gone. I should've known better. I ended up having to delete the entire Zero Hour directory, and now I'm stuck with vanilla Generals :\
Red Alert 3 was gay in the sense that the graphics were, well, "cartoonified", and make the game seem like it was made for a player base under the age of 9. Still, it's a good game.
I will always cherish C&C3: Tiberium Wars on the Xbox 360. Probably the best attempt at a console RTS ever. I say attempt because there are certain things that a keyboard and mouse can do that a gamepad can't, automaticly making all console RTS' permanently inferior to computer based RTS games. Tiberium Wars was a good attempt because it wasn't as advanced as a PC RTS, and the control scheme worked. It just did. Also, it was a damn good game.
It would be extremely cool if they made another Generals game, or just C&C Generals 2, with a more advanced 3D engine, and with naval units, which is exclusive to pretty much every other C&C game. Imagine.
