Well, the scenario is no longer openable in the editor, hell, it doesnt even show up, not in actual MHGold, or the MHG editor. This has pissed me off so much that I've decided to scrap this mod, it'll be archived on ModDB soon as well.
Sorry it had to come to this, i worked my ass off on this scenario and now i cant even see what's wrong with it. Ugh.
Oh! Thank god! I found out the problem! Yay!
I had recently changed my Vista settings so it didnt require administrator permission whenever i did something to anything on my computer, so now it's not reading the scenarios out of the "AppData/VirtualDrive" folders anymore, so it's all fixed. I knew that it was this the second when The War for Oil wasn't showing up. However, transferring all the data is going to take long.
I'm so relieved! Oh crap.. now i guess i need to un-archive the moddb page :\
Restarting progress on this scenario, as such, here is an update of what i have got done so far:
- Set back start date from 1812, to 1789
- Added French Revolution event
- Added nation "Liege"
- Added nation "Cologne"
- Added nation "Bremen"
- Added nation "Holstein"
- Added nation "Frankfurt"
- Added nation "Mecklenburg"
- Added nation "Venice"
- Added nation "Sind"
- Added nation "Assam"
- Added nation "Burma"
- Added nation "Poland-Lithuania"
- Added nation "Courland"
- Added nation "Montenegro"
- Added nation "Wallachia"
- Added nation "Moldova"
- Gave Georgia to Ottoman Empire
- Gave Daghestan to Persia
- Deleted nations in Africa
- Deleted Australia
- Gave uncolonized/unclaimed regions of the world to a nation called "unoccupied" AI is enabled to represent native clashes with colonials (Good example of this is US westward expansion in the 17 and 1800's)
- Took away UK allies in Canada and gave them to UK
- Took away US territory nations and gave them to the USA
- Made Italy and Germany liberatable
- Took away Tank, Motorized, Mechanized, SPA, Nuclear, OIl, Rocketry, and Electronic techs
Todo:
- Add Germany unification event, Prussia controlling all of the German Empire territories makes Germany replace Prussia
- Add Italy unification event, Piedmont-Sardinia controlling all of the Kingdom of Italy territories (WW1) makes Italy replace Piedmont-Sardinia
- Add Louisiana Purchase event
- Balance world militaries
- Add flags for Bremen
- Add flags for Cologne
- Add flags for Liege
- Add flags for Indian states
