Need help! economy

How can I have a thriving economy with Germany in 1939. I can take a lot of places in Europe and others, but I cant have all my units well supplied. I'm usually ill supplied. So I wondered how to make units while having them kinda or really supplied in battle?

Upgrade your cities. Build up the stock for your military. Set some cities to producing stocks for your military. Balance this against goods and infrastructure improvements, research, building an army etc.
