This is a new AAR I'm doing called Empire of The Sun. It's called that because in Japan they called themselves that. In this scenario I'll try some things others have done (I don't mean to steal your ideas). Thanks to FDR and Widdenlow for giving me some ideas for this. I'll ad a twist. I'll have it from different perspectives. A newspaper journalist from New York, Emperor of Japan Joshada, Fuher of Germany Martin von Kissenger, and Private First Class Michael Bern of the United States Army. Thanks and I'll start the first part soon!
If I could conquer the world what would I do? Oh first my capital would be Constatinople. Then everybody gets tacos and gets Making History shirts :D!

Here's Part 1: A Dark Sun Over Asia.
Tokyo Palace, Japan September 1939.
It was a bright sunny day in Tokyo Palace when important news arrived. Prime Minister Tojo went to inform Emperor Joshada the news. "My emperor I have reported a complete victory in eastern China and they have accepted the peace offer." The Emperor replied gratefully "Wonderful China is an important ally to us now and we control their major cities, Start industralizing the east as fast as you can I wan't tanks up and running as soon as possible." About a couple of months Emperor Joshada purged many of the military junta in place in order to regain absoulte power. Even the Prime Minister was scared of him. The Emperor ordered hundreds of thousands to improve the cities in Japan and Eastern China. Japan soon became the world's most powerful industrial nation after Germany. The Emperor of course enjoyed his empire as much as curry. He then sent a Japanese ambassador to Berlin to open up talks of an alliance with the luring threat of the Soviet Union.
The Reichstag Diplomatic offices, Germany. September 1939.
" Der Fuhrer I have a letter from the Emperor of Japan". The Fuhrer responded "About what, an alliance or the Soviets?" "Both" the diplomat replied. It intrested the brand new fuhrer Martin Von Kissenger. Poland just fell and WW2 erupted in Europe. An alliance with Japan will allow great economical success. The offer was accepted. Shortly after the USSR declared war on both powers not realizing the scale of the conflict
New York Times Headquarters, United States. September 1939
"Sir breaking news the German Alliance was formed and now they are fighting the USSR and the British Alliance!" exclaimed reportor Jane Lyons. "Great this will make news around the world. I wan't you to go to London, Berlin, Moscow, and Tokyo to interview the leaders okay." said the boss. "I got it." said Jane. Her mission took her to many hotspots of the war and will eventually meet Private First Class Michael Bern.

Hi this is part 2: The Second World War.
Shanghai, Japanese China. January 1941
The Emperor was visiting Shanghai which industrally was the largest city in China. There a new battleship class was conceived. The Joshada class which was named after the emperor. It was a basic battleship but was one of the best in the navy however. The opening ceremnony was glamorus with fireworks and even Jane Lyons was there. She reported about the battleship. "This battleship is amazing, it's large with 12 in main guns and 10 anti air guns on each side, and not to mention it's beautiful wooden deck with the Japanese roundel on the back." By now the second world war began when Germany invaded Poland and Russia. Both were successful. The Japanese gained eastern Russia with their second best port of Vladvistock. The Russians were still fighting in the center. The Fuhrer was also in Shanghai to discuss the war in Russia. After the ceremony the two met in the Shanghai City Hall. The Emperor was enjoying curry when they started. "We recently learned that the British Alliance declared war on us along with the French. You said you wanted French Indochina and their islands correct?" He replied "Yes of course and I imagine you wan't France and Italy wan'ts West Africa, correct?" Martin nodded yes and the two planned for the war. Now that German victory in Russia was complete they moved their troops west and to Japanese China to help guard Japan since they are still recovering.
West Islip, United States. March 1941
It was bright sunny day in the subarban town of West Islip. West Islip is a small town on Long Island, New York that never gets any action and was always farming and in the winter staying inside all of the time. All the teens wanted to go fight as voulnteers in England. One of them was MIchael Bern. "Come on Michael you have to go to school and eat your brekafest!" Michael replied "I'm coming give me a second!" He was just dreaming about all of the action he would have if he joined the Voulnteer Army. He used to play army all of the time with his friends pretending they were shooting at Krauts. He packed his bag and he walked to his school which was about an hour. When he go to school he went but he noticed something. Not many of his friends were around. It was mainly girls and a couple of guys. It troubled him though. He asked a yound Mary Lyons on where they were. Mary was a friend a potential love intrest of Michael. She said "Oh they went to war. That's what my mom told me." He got excited and replied "After school do you wan't to go to the voulnteer recurting center?" She said "Sure, but as long as you don't get killed out there okay?" He said "Okay we'll meet. See you later!" And with that will begin his voulnteer service.
Thanks for reading. Also the town West Islip where Mike lives is a real town. That's were I live in real life. I know I may have gone a little bit too far with the Michael Bern story, but I'm theming it like a war movie of sorts. Thanks again and please leave imput!

I've heard it called empire of the rising sun on numerous history programmes. Never heard it called empire of the sun (neither has wikipedia it seems) although the most common is land of the rising sun
Looking back I must have been thinking of the Japan in Command and Conquer 3 during my previous post for some reason as with a quick google search that's what came up. Playing too much computer games has had a detrimental effect on my memory :O
