India's Secret Quest - Build the World Biggest Army

In MH1 i've notice that once you liberate india they start building armies very quickly especially on harder difficulties. But just recently i was playing as japan on normal and when i invaded british india and liberated india i was not expecting this. In 2 years after liberating them they have more land divisons then the United States and are just under the USSR. Does India do this in your games?
