I agree that it would be immense and awesome, but it would be hard to do.

I find the more recent trilogy pales in comparison to the original 3 films. Anyone seeing those movies now is seeing quite different movies than when first released. Lucas has meddled with the earlier films and while some changes may be improvements, it's sad people can't see the original "Star Wars" (no episode number) as it was when first released. It was such a dramatic step forward in special effects, and ushered in a new era of sci-fi.

Chris--

I believe if the old films were done with today' graphics the films would be immense. I wouldn't change the story or characters mind you. Just the graphics

I so badly agree, there are so many films that would greatly benefit from this, e.g would you not like to see 2001:A Space Odyssey with modern special effects, it would be truly epic...goes for most old horror films aswell, e.g. Nightmare, all zombie films ever (I like ze zombies...) and anything referencing zombies, in modern infection form or old original form or any form ever, I just want more zombie films...

There is one. It's called Outpost.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fEI-v5pdivA

The entire film is on youtube I believe. I watched it and certain parts I pooped pants. One part he is in a room with a mass of dead bodies and the lights flickering and the dude is facing a camera. After a brief flicker a zombies behind him and I let out an almighty scream.

The film is basically what CoD:WaW zombies would be if it was a film

To add to the awesomeness a sequel is coming out

It is great and I'm not bothered how you got it :P. It's extremely close to the plot of Call Of Duty: World At War Zombies as well

Yeah it's the closest thing i've seen to WaW zombies, though they weren't quite zombies, more like dead people who are trapped in another dimension and then come back when the field is disturbed and kill people in very awesome ways. I thought that when the Nazi crushed the black guys skull with his bare hands was amazing.

You mean Crysis 2 I presume :P. Graphics wise looks amazing as should be expected

I am looking forward to seeing how FIFA and Pro Evolution Soccer compare to each other for this year. Whichever is the better of the two in my opinion is what I shall get.

As for Dead Space 2 it makes me panic too much for me to be any good xD. Played it at my friends drunk and couldn't get past the first level ¬¬ lmao

Of course Crysis2 ;)

I have always bought FIFA, cause they have always been the better.

About Dead Space2: I love that game, its hard, scary (well mostly) and very entertaining. ;)

I've kind of stopped buying games now I'm in Uni, but ones I'll eventually be getting have to be, Medal of Honour, Dead Rising 2, Metal Gear Solid: Rising and Pro Evo Soccer 2011.

I got Civ5 within hours of release. I've been trying to play it since then. Got to about Turn 200 and then started to get freezes EVERY turn. Seriously disrupts play. So I started a new game and discovered that if you have a game in progress, if you try to Load an earlier Save, the game crashes, EVERY time.

Heard there's a patch 1.0.17 that was created, but I can't find where it can be downloaded anywhere. And as far as I know, Steam (required for gameplay initiation) doesn't have it yet.

Steam automatically updated my version of Civ 5 to 1.0.20 today. I have not had any issues with Civ 5 at all.
