The flag of Tuscany.

It looks a lot like some sort of alien head to me.

It's not mine, it was the actual flag of Tuscany during the Seven Years' War.

India during the Seven Years' War:

We have the Sikh Empire around present-day Pakistan, the Maratha Empire in central India, Mysore in southern India, and Kandy in Ceylon. The British control the southeast coast and Bengal.

STORY

France

The War of Austrian Succession has turned the world upside-down. Your relations with you traditional enemies have improved, and you are now being threatened by Great Britain. Though you have never been friendly towards the British, lately friction between your colonies has increased. War is coming, and you must prepare.

The Habsburg monarchy has always been your enemy. Until now. Austria has pledged support to you. But the alliance with Austria broke your alliance with Prussia. Prussia's loss is great. Great Britain now favors the Prussians.

Times are changing. Will you survive?

Great Britain

The War of Austrian Succession has left your alliance with Austria in pieces. You now look to your enemy Prussia for support in central Europe. Prussia will help you fight France.

Your long-standing rivalry with France has caused a colonial race. Your English colonies in America are growing restless. They want to expand westward, directly into French territory. Further is Spain.

Spain has been closely watching your colonial empire grow. Spain's early dominance over America is fading as they suffer defeat after defeat against your great empire.

With your forces spread around the world, can you defeat France and Spain once more?

Habsburg (Austria)

The War of Austrian Succession has left Austria's economy in ruins. The Silesian War drove Austria deeper into the pit of depression. The loss of Silesia hurt your economy badly. Prussia has deprived you of vital metals and coals.

This will not be tolerated.

You are preparing your armies to strike back at those infernal Prussians. They have caused you far too much trouble for far too long. With your new alliance with France and Russia, Prussia's displacement should be... satisfying.

Prussia

Triumphant over the capture of Silesia, you now look to the west. The Germanic peoples of Bohemia and Saxony are ready to be incorporated into your Germanic kingdom. You will reunite the Holy Roman Empire.

The Thirty Years War left Germany devastated and weak. Split into many small kingdoms, Germany will not be able to resist attacks from the Austrians. Austria ever looks for new resources, and Germany is laden with them. They sit on your doorstep, preparing to restart the Silesian War.

You must reunite Germany before your people forever fall under the dominions of your enemies.

Okay, I finally figured out what Germany's going to look like:

Germany is divided into Prussia, Hanover, Saxony, Wurtemburg, Bavaria, Hesse-Kassal, and Rhine. Denmark-Norway and Sweden each own pieces of Germany.

Wasn't Corsica Independent in 1755?

I think you're right. But several of my sources conflict. Many say the Kingdom of Sardinia still controlled Corsica, but others say Corsica was independent. Hmm...

Wait! I was looking at Sardinia. You're right. But the Republic of Corsica was established 3 years after my scenario starts. It starts in 1752 to give you time until the actual war begins. Kind of like Rise of the Reich, but not as long a time.

This presents a problem because I cannot split the region Piedmont to make the Republic of Genoa and the Kingdom of Sardinia.
