You can veto it if you don't like it. I couldn't really think of something that represented Eurasia (I have a map of Europe for the European Confederation and a star and crescent for the Arabian Confederation), so I went freestyle.
P. S. Making flags is far more fun than historical flags. If you don't like it, I won't mind.

I have a suggestion for Europe, what about using option A but instead of just a white bar horizontally, why not make the white a Scandinavian Cross and have the map of Europe in the upper left corner?
