What is the difference between the difficulty levels?

At Medium, the A.I. production is modified so that they're playing at the same rate as you.

On Easiest, the AI production is modified to -200% of it's actual capacity, from what I saw in the codes.

On Hardest, AI production is put at 200% or 300%, I don't remember.

I actually added a new difficulty into The War for Oil that puts it at 600% or something. Called it "Impossible" or something.
