I'm not sure if I want to do an AAR in the traditional sense with this one, and it'd be pretty hard to at this point, but I just wanted to show the results of a Deadlock game I just played as Italy. This was on Gold, and I have the latest update.

Currenty, the following nations are members of the Allied Powers.

Italy, France, Russia, the United Kingdom, Arabia, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Iraq, Kuwait, New Zealand, Newfoundland, South Africa, and Yemen.

The following nations have, at one point, been members of the Central Powers (They all got wiped off the map)

Germany, the Ottoman Empire, Bulgaria, Argentina, Ireland, and the USSR.

World War 1 didn't start out the way it was supposed to. Instead, one could say it started when Germany declared war on Russia, with the Ottoman Empire, Bulgaria, and Argentina joining it not long after in the Central Powers. The war escalated when the Central Powers declared war on Italy as well. Italy was forced to fend against a brutal German attack for several long months. Sardinia even faced German occupation longer than the attacks themselves lasted. However, Italy was able to launch several attacks of its own against Germany via Switerland, which provided the Italians with military access. However, victory still seemed hopeless for Italy and Russia, who has joined in an Alliance due to their common enemy. However, the Central Power's declaration of war against and subsequent occupation of Kuwait is believed to have drawn the United Kingdom into the war on the side of Italy and Russia.

Eventually, Italy was able to launch a massive attack against the Germans in Alsace-Lorriane through Switzerland. During this attack, France declared war on the Central Powers and joined the Allies. Meanwhile, in Africa. Italy also sent forces from their colonies to fight the Ottomans. Though most of western Russia was occupied, the Allies had the upper hand. During the fight in the Middle East, Arabians tired of Ottoman rule rise up against them, and join forces with the Allies not long after. Meanwhile, the United Kingdom had granted independence to Yemen, doing so in exchange for Yemen's help in fighting the Ottomans. During the war, Irish nationalists srose up against the British government in a fight for independence. They failed miserably.

Soon, the Allies had managed to take control of the entire German mainland. Though the Allies were assisting the Russians in finishing off the Germans, Russians rose up against the Czar's government. However, with a little help from their friends (Yup, I said that), the Russians were able to crush the revolutionaries. The remaining pockets of German resistance were soon stamped out. However, admist the confusion, Finland had declared independence from Russia. Suprisingly enough, no action was taken against them.

The Ottoman Empire was not doing well either. Most of their territory had been lost to the Allies, Iraq and Kuwait had been liberated, and defeat seemed inevitable. Bulgaria too was close to defeat. When these last two nations fell, however, the war was not yet over. Germany still fought on from its oversea colonies (None in Africa, though. Those were captured by the Allies early on), while Argentina fought on as well. Luckily for the Allies, Brazil had joined in the fight against the Central Powers around the middle of the war. The Allies were able to use Brazil as a launching point to attack Argentina, which quickly fell. Afterwards, it was simply a matter of mopping up a few star German colonies, which occured rather quickly.

Well, there you go. I'm still playing this game, so I might update later if something happens.

Oh, one more thing. I case you didn't see it, Austria-Hungary took over Seriba, Montenegro, Romania, Albania, and Greece.
