After a succesful first scenario I will start working on my second scenario.
-Scenario takes place in 300AD.
-Scenario will be about the fall of Rome and start of Middle Ages.
-I will make only Europe and other nations that had an influence on Rome, the rest of world will
be empty.

It's saved as a jpeg, when jpegs are uploaded to the internet there is a loss of image quality. Save the image as a .png then upload it, there should be no image quality loss.

I think he's talking about the barbaric tribes that brought down the Roman empire, so search for something like the Huns, Celts, etc.
Yeah, I figured that out. But which ones? There were a lot of groups. There aren't that many regions in Germany or the Middle East, so he can't mean all of them.

I want to use one flag for all Germanic Tribes, one for Arabic etc.
PS: Huns aren't Germanic

or if you have time, you can make these: Boiohaemum (Bohemes), Burgundi, Allemanni, Franci, Frisii, Gothi, Langobardi, Celti, Irii, Visigothi, Vandali, Teutones (These are all Latin names cause I didn't find the English ones). Other nations: Huns, Sassanid Kingdom, Alania, Sarmatia, a general flag for all other Germanic Tribes and one flag for all Arabic Tribes and last one is a barbarian flag. I appreciate all your help! You can even make a country without capital. I did it for Board Wargame.
