You made a too big army for Mexican Revolutioners and you didn't make armies for US, Mexico Authoritario ... Also for balancing the game you should add more coal in Russia (you increased industry, so you need hell more coal). Playing as the revolutioners I occupied whole America (Northern America and Latin America) and then I built a huge fleet and army and occupied whole Europe... Fun, but not realistic...
