Hmmm, just a thought for a mod that I was thinking about. Throwing it out there for public opinion....
Afrika was the continent, instead of Europe, where the modern world evovled. Instead of the great empires being in the north, have them in the south, with the continent of Europe made up of Afrikan colinies. Explorations would reveal South America as the "New World" instead of North America.

I like your idea, kind of like a complete reversal, so African nations colonize Europe, and the 13 Colonies are founded in South America instead of the East Coast of the USA (woot! woot!)?

Yes, pretty much. Not sure what state Asia would be in though. Probably about the same, independent wealth, along with trade and whatnot.
Ramp up Agriculture,Infastructure, and Cities/Ipu's/Mpu's.

We're thinking about just making a Cold War mod altogether, but if there are regional scenarios, then you could definately see a Korean War/Vietnam War mod by us.
