Alright, I started in 1933, and have been industrializing and producing defencive units ever since then. Turns out the Germans didn't like when I invaded Lithuania, and relations dropped dramatically, same for my invasion of Czechoslovakia. After taking Slovakia and Ruthenia, I made Czechoslovakia my puppet (kinda), and proceeded to make defensive operations against Germany my main priority. I have armies of at at least 250 defensive power all along my border with Germany, but I fear that their main attack will come from East Prussia, as they have a fast and powerfull army there (230 attack power).
But once Czechoslovakia declared war on Germany (for no reason, for the lulz i guess), they got WTFPWNED by Germany and Italy as they simpily marched through the crippled nation to reach my border, I, on the other hand, happened to leave my alliance with czechoslovakia after they declared war on Germany, so I'm safe for the time being. I liberated Lithuania to gain an extra bit of support, and have been showering France and Britain with aid to increase relations. So far, it's working marvelously.
But now, relations with Germany are slowly dropping, and it's nearing 1938, which means, ANCHLUSS. After Austria is annexed, it will only widen the border between me and Germany, as I would now have to deal with attacks from both Moravia --> Slovakia, and Ostmark --> Slovakia, which could be a real problem.
My armies on the Polish Corridor (Wielkopolskie and Pormoze) are both about 260 in defense, and the German armies there are only 90 in attack, so I'm not much worried there. I also outnumber the Germans by a longshot, and I doubt that they will be able to keep up with the 80ipu Warsaw, compared to the puny 50ipu Berlin (not advanced yet). Not only is every city in my nation now advanced, but I'm constantly pumping out more troops.
I realize that I must accept initial defeat, and internal defeat, as I haven't yet built a mobile reserve, and I failed to realize this years before, when I could've been producing militaries. My airforce was annhialated by the Czech airforce in the battle of Moravia, even though it was a victory, and was the war winning battle of the Czech-Polish War. Lithuania has begun pumping out infantry, and a couple artillery, as I had completely upgraded them during my occupation (level 4 or everything, and advanced cities). Germany will be initially successful, as they have Advanced Infantry, while I still have Basic Infantry, however, I got to Early Tanks before they did, and that's an advantage, I guess.
My main source of fear, is from the Soviet Union, who btw I have terrible relations with, will attack my ungaurded Eastern Flank. I've been focusing more on Germany, that all I have guarding my 3 eastern territories are 2 lolscripts per province, and that's definitely not enough to stop the advanced, and mobile Soviet armies. If the Soviets declare war, then all is lost.
I can hold out against Germany for about a year if I keep up my current progress, but I can only hold out for about a month if they declare war early, and I loose.
Anyone got any ideas? Because right now I'm basically using Warsaw and Krakau to flood my frontline armies with infantry, and my rear cities producing lolscripts to slow down the Germans. Should I build tanks instead, and seek offensive action? Or should I seek more allies, and hope for the best?
Ive played as Poland before, and build up my navy i had 8 fleet carriers and only protected Krakau, Gydina and Warsaw until Britain arrived at Kiel and hamburg, and annoyed them with my navy and cut them off until The Soviets decided to join and took the east territories and they bombed me out of Warsaw and krakow and then Germany pummeled Gdynia until i died :(

I've played as Poland before, but I've never developed a navy, but I've always been afraid of USSR and Germany, mostly Germany. Especially if I wasn't playing in 1933, this is the first time I'ev actually seen Germany build a good army and air force in the 1933 scenario, usually they don't develop anything, and get wtfpwned by France and Britain. Poland usually joins in and usually beats the Germans too.
My main goal this time, is to keep the Polish Corridor held at all cost, that way the Germans will continueously have to ferry reinforcments over to East Prussia, if they take the corridor, then I pretty much lose, because they'll have their armies in East Prussia more well supplied, and they won't be wasting Transports.

Dude If you are playing a country like United Kingdom, You must block all the German controlled Shores (the ocean religon near a german Controlled territory) so they won't attack you from the sea. then you can move in for the kill.
