how to build guided missils @ making history gold ?

i end all resaerch and do not know how to build the guided missils to prouduce flying rockets? and did this rockets can be used at wars aginest enemies or it is just difence weapons

Rockets in MH1 or Gold can only be used against cities.

You build all of the rocket types in a city just like a unit. Just scroll down the list in the city production and look for either flying rockets, guided missiles, ballistic rockets, or ICBM's.
