It would be greatly appricated, if it has allready been made, that someone would point out a blank map with no cities, recourses or armies, and all provences under one nations controll with 0 population. If there is no such thing, I will work on it myself. Thanks for the help!

Oh my, how bothersome. I guess I shall do it myself. I'll report back when I am done, mind you it will take a while, theres a lot to be done for such a thing.

I have a blank version of Clash of Continents handy.

Everything is controlled by Unoccupied, and the Blue/Red/Yellow teams are all gone.

It's actually pretty usefull.

Thanks could be very useful! I also did the same with Clash of Continents! It's easy to delete all the producers and cities then: just delete one city in the editor and keep holding ENTER.

Please delete that link from your post, thank you. I did not post it here for the world to download, I posted it so a single person could use it to their advantage. And now that it has no purpose, I will delete it.
