I was playing as hungary and kept myself out of both sides of the war. But the problem was that Germany got defeated in 1941 (they didn't even take Poland) And now I have Soviet Russia on my right and the whole Europe united under British rule. Should I just restart the game?

The early German defeat happens quite often in the Blitzkrieg scenario too, even though the Germans start out occupying Poland, Denmark, and Norway. They'll make some half-hearted attacks on France and the Low Countries, manage to conquer Luxembourg, then get stabbed in the back by the Russians and collapse. Unless you're playing Japan, or a USA bent on world conquest, it doesn't leave much to do.
One safe thing, if you can get at it, is to attack Spain. Perhaps because it's Fascist, neither the British or the Soviets care about Spain. If you're landlocked, however...I'd start over.

that is bizzare, it doesn't happen me when I play a country that isn't into war. But yeah I agree with cavetroll1304 good thing you didn't get bulldozed by either side. My advice is to not to restart the game just don't go into war with the Sovit Union or the British. also maybe try to allied with either the British or the Soviet Union. Is there any countries like Romania that didn't go to war that is next to you ? maybe you can gain some land :)
Crushing your oppennet at Sea could easily make total victory on the enemy you picked.

Well actually I managed to capture Yugoslavia, Romania, Bulgaria and part of Czechoslovakia so I'm actually sitting pretty high and mighty. Thanks for the tips to ally with either the USSR or the Brits.
