Consistently disconnecting from online matches.

One of my friends, who, of course, has his own cd key, is updated, ect, ect, ect, keeps disconnecting from our games. He joins, stays connected for, say, five minutes at the most, then disconnects. This is consistent, has happened several times. No issues with any other games we all play, except for Diablo 2, where his minimap is screwed up. Nobody else has any connection problems. We've tried fiddling with the ports, no difference. I don't think I'm missing anything, anyone able to give me a hand, please and thank you?

This happens usually in online matches, usually due to connection problems. Just tell him to rejoin the game when it happens.
