Seconded, we currently only have the Gran-Chaco war. I'd say that they should be around 85-90% likely if their respective countries are left alone. Me playing as Greece and expanding into Bulgaria should have absolutely no impact on whether the communists rebel in China, for example.

Also not sure if it has been implemented or not, but is there a way to make defensive pacts and not just Alliances? Or some sort of Non Aggression pacts? Being black and white, ally or not, is kinda unreal. There should be a little grey area in the diplomacy without Greece deciding to attack Iraq cause I invade Kuwait. just a random example, but Im sure you get the drift.
